There is a monthly membership fee of $49.95. With this monthly fee you receive 3000 E-Credits per month.

When I paste from Word into MailMonster, some email programs show weird characters. Why?

Word adds some strange formatting and we do not recommend pasting directly from Word into MailMonster. Rather, paste into WordPad which will remove all Word formatting and then paste into MailMonster. Or, you can type directly into MailMonster and format using the SO Editor.
